Simply furnished room, we were here only for one night. Accommodation adequate. Owner's family very nice. Breakfast excellent.

We stayed here with our family for just one night but enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. The hotel is brand new with high-quality renovations, very comfortable mattresses, and a spacious terrace with a stunning view of the city. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the location on a quiet street within walking distance of Rabati Fortress was perfect. We also appreciated the free parking and peaceful atmosphere. A special thanks to John at the reception for his attentiveness and care — he made our stay truly memorable.

Good Hotel in Akhaltsikhe, in the centre, but on a quiet street. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast - served, not buffet. Staff very pleasant and helpful - young lady spoke very good English. For the inexpensive price, this is an ideal place for a couple of nights.

The hotel is new and comfortable, with beautiful decor and atmosphere. The owner was super nice and accommodating and helped us when we arrived although it was late at night. The breakfast was great, and the owner's daughter and wife went out of their way to help and packed for us lunch boxes as we had to leave early.

Best in class hotel cooperative staff and very nice ambience. Recommended

Nice hotel (especially the design of the lobby and the breakfast room) in a nice town. Located in a quiet street near to the main street. Big room and a great breakfast included. The hosts were really nice and helpful. Would come again and stay longer :-)

Rebuilded building, Rooms are not comfortable at all: there is no any wardrobes, windows overlooked into the building itself or it contain technical window without curtains, shower also without curtains. Breakfast precooked with semi-finished products.
