“Great location”

The location is excellent as its literally opposite Rabati fortress. The hotel has all the essentials and parking is straightforward near the hotel.

host was wonderful. right across the exit gate of castle. breakfast was amazing. not a fan of cabbage, but I love her cabbage salad! I didn't mention I don't eat meat prior to my arrival, until breakfast. but she and her husband fed me well, being the only guest.

The property was located next to Rabati Castle. There was plenty of parking if you have a car. The rooms were clean and spacious. Free breakfast was offered (although) we decided not to take this up). The owners seemed friendly and can speak Georgian or Russian.

“Very welcoming place with perfect location”

This is a very affordable hotel at a great location next to the castle. The friendly owner cooked a warm breakfast for us with different food each morning. We had a nice room on the ground floor that led to the terrace where we could enjoy the afternoon sun. Everything was just perfect!

We booked a room very last minute and everything was just perfect. Great hospitality and easy communication with the hosts. The hotel is located near the castle and the view is just amazing, very quite area but at walking distance from the town (with bars and restaurants). The furniture looks new and cleanliness excellent. Also big car parking and great value for money. I would definitely recommend it! One of the best stays in our Georgia trip

The staff was very friendly and she try her best to make us feel confortable. We were 2 minutes walking distance from the fortress. The relationship quality pricd was amazing. The breakfast was good and well served for two persons.

“Great place to stay in old Akhaltsikhe!”

Very good location, just a few steps from the Rabati Castle. Great value for money.

The hotel is right next to the Akhaltsikhe fortress. The owner who welcomed us is super friendly even if she doesn't speak English (but we managed with the translator on the phone). It's not a new structure but it's well kept, clean and the breakfast is super.
