Breakfast was enormosly big and tasty. Family runninng this business was very hospital and helpful. We really like this place and conditions. Adding very competitive price to that and you have very nice place to stay.

The location 5 mins walk to rabati castle and Homestay owner . Very friendly and provide a free bottle of homemade wine to our group upon arrival .

The hosts were amazing - the most friendly during our trip in Georgia! They welcomed us and said goodbye in person, they offered home made wine. They are always there to help you. Rooms are very comfortable.

The property was clean, comfortable. Staff was super friendly and did their best to feel us super. in the very heart of Akhaltsike, under the Rabati Castle. The property has its own parking. Homemade dishes of the breakfast felt us at home.

I had an excellent stay at this guesthouse — it truly exceeded my expectations. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. One of the highlights was the excellent homemade breakfast, which was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. Superfriendly hosts. Toploaction at entrance castle en with restaurants next door. The host even gave a bottle of home made red wine. Very nice breakfast.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and warm and the location was perfect. What truly made the experience special, was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. It feels as if the parents of a Georgian friend are welcoming you into their house. You can find a nice hotel with stylish rooms anywhere, but Hotel Julia is truly one of a kind!

Brilliant hosts,really lovely people. Breakfast was enough to feed 10 people and really varied. Even gave us a bottle of homemade wine to enjoy. They deserve the 10 out of 10 rating.

“A super cozy and inviting place with huge delicious breakfast.”

Located next to Rabati castle, very clean and spacious, bed is super comfortable, seating area outside the room has coffee, tea , water , biscuits... all u need n more. Whole place is warm and welcoming. Breakfast is superb, freshly bake bread, omelette,homemade fruit jam, Turkish coffee and a lot more , way more than what we could eat. Host Bella and husband is very friendly and helpful.

Little family hotel just step away from the fortrees. The hosts wellcomed us like we are family and made our stay (unfortunatrlly just for one nihgt) so pleasant. The room was clean, the view of the fortress from the terace and we were offered homemade vine, the tea and coffee were always available in the sitting area. And the breakfast in the morning was so rich and tasty with fresh homemade dishes, the hachapuri from Bella was so delicious. We really recomend this place to stay if you are in the area.

The room was perfect, clean and tidy. The hosts are very welcoming, helped us parking and offered us wine. They are the warmest people we met in two weeks in Georgia! Breakfast is very good and there’s plenty, we didn’t need to eat anything else until the late afternoon. Very close to Rabati Castle and to restaurants area, you can easily walk everywhere.

“A stay with probably exceeding the value for money”

Our welcome to this property was more than a home coming. Both the Owner (Seiran) and his wife (Bela) were like close relatives….welcomed us with bottle of Wine, Coffee and other amenities. They were practically restless and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Such homely treatment is totally unexpected in today’s materialistic world. We intend to give a score of 15 out of 10 (!!!). Any person visiting this property will not regret and the real value for money. I wish if I can visit and stay again from a far off place of India.

We stayed here for just one night, but it truly exceeded all expectations. We thought it would be just a quick stop — but it became one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care. This is real Georgian hospitality — heartfelt, sincere, and unforgettable. We felt more like family than guests. And the breakfast was incredible — homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was a joy) If we had known how wonderful everything would be, we would have happily stayed longer. We’re very thankful for the experience and will definitely come back. One of the best stays we’ve ever had. 10/10!

we had a fantastic stay in Hotel Julia, the hosts are so friendly and helpful, the location is also top. The breakfast was unbelievable, more than enough choice and so tasty, what a great way to start the day. Overall I kan highly recommend this hotel.

The whole family is very kind. I couldn"t forgot delicious breakfast and wine, cookies,candies..... They give us detailed tour information. We went beautiful sapara monastery. We are traveling in beautiful and tidy Armenia now.
