“Friendly and family-run, perfect for visiting the castle”

Very nice family, clean room and good breakfast. We parked the car at the hotel because the castle is just a few minutes walking down the road. Nice garden with hammocks and several historical hammam buildings.

Perfect location . On the territory there are historical objects: baths. Very friendly holder. There is an opportunity to order breakfast. New apartment with conditioner and new furniture. Very clean. Close to the castle.

“Beautiful hotel”

Everything was lovely. The room was very comfortable and clean. The house itself is super cute, with a gorgeous garden. The hostess is very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was tasty. The car parking space at the entrance was very useful. Bonus; very cute cat. Also it is easy to walk into town and to the castle

View of rabati castle from room was excellent, lovely breakfast from host went out of her way to cater for my daughter who has a gluten free diet. Lovely, quiet location and overall homely feeling to property.

Although there was easy and plentiful on road parking right outside, they also have off road parking for 2 cars, which was always sufficient during our stay. It's easy to find, in walking distance of the castle and town, although not eating here would be a mistake, the dinner we had there was one of our best meals in Georgia. Breakfast is amazing, all local and freshly prepared. There are views of the castle and a even an old hammam in the garden. I really enjoyed time at the beginning and end of the day relaxing in the quiet, shady garden. It seemed to be the coolest place in town on a hot day.

Good location close to the beautiful fortress and not really far from old city center with restaurants etc., charming guesthouse in the back part of a the estate with a wonderful small garden terrace where you get an excellent breakfast, next are the ruins of an old Turkish bath; nice and helpful landlady who speaks English

It was comfortable, nice location, good staff who helped us with everything, they helped us to navigate around the city. Nice breakfast, pleasant, big, comfortable room , overall staying there was a great experience

Wonderful and welcoming host. Very interesting location with Turkish showers on the same site. Nice quiet rooms and very clean. Security was good and breakfast was great. Good value here and a great spot to stay near the fort.

“The best family hotel in Akhaltsikhe”

It is a great small family hotel with tastefully decorated comfortable rooms. The host also offers transportation services, which were done punctually and for a reasonable fee.

Location and parking. Friendly staff. . Comfortable bed. good value

Overall the place exceeded my expectations. The guest house was surrounded by a lovely garden in which the hosts prepared a cute breakfast. Hosts where very welcoming and helpful. We also had some car issues, and they gave us needed information and offered help. I would recommend this place to others.

“A perfect place to stay in Akhaltsikhe”

Hotel Beni far exceeded our expectations. It's a small hotel with the rooms clustered around a pretty garden. Our room was so comfortable, clean and well appointed, that I would happily have stayed longer, not least because Akhaltsike is such an interesting and attractive town. Natia and her family are so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel garden is nestled against a disused 17th century hammam from the the Ottoman Empire and its structure and layout are incredible to look at, every time you get up close to it. On the day we left, we had to get up super early to catch a marshrutka to Armenia but Natia made sure that we had a great breakfast before heading off and was very helpful in making sure that we didn't miss our bus! Highest recommendation,
