“Decent place, but unfriendly staff and boiling in the summer”
Breakfast is pretty good. It's next to the fortress. The first room I stayed in (triple room with balcony) was spacious and pretty good.

“Perfect host in a great hotel”
A small hotel located in a great location, right next to Rabati Castle and close to all other amenities. The room is extremely clean, spacious, with all the necessary things. The beds are very comfortable. And that's all for a score of 10. But the best of all is the host who, after giving us the keys, first asked if we needed anything and immediately helped us in looking for transportation to Yerevan where the information on the Internet and in reality are not the same. The host and his daughter who helps him translate are for grade 100. Don't think for a second about other accommodation. In Akhaltsikhe, that's exactly what you need.

very well located, walking distance to good restaurants, the castle, a small sh and the bus station (all in max. 5min). well equipped and super nice host who helped a lot organizing trips to Wardzia etc.

The location of the Hotel is perfect. Short walk from the bus station and to the fortress. The owner is really helpful and friendly. The room is nice and clean. I highly recommend this place!
