Even during the power outages, we always had power. The reception was very very helpful and friendly. Even free water is served.

Great for a short stop from Vardzia on the way to Tbilisi. Room is spacious and clean. Initially, we were assigned a room beside the lobby, where we could hear loud lobby music. We asked for a quieter room and they were nice enough to move us.

“Fantastic stay”

The hotel is clean and situated conveniently in the heart of the town, but it is not noisy. The room we were staying in was lovely. The food (dinner and breakfast) was yummy. A special thank you to Susanna, Maria and Anna for going out of your way to make our stay go smoothly, and you were available and happy to help with surprises and broken cars!

Magnificent 7-night stay at the Vegas Hotel. The rooms are very spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel also has a good restaurant, which is very convenient. The staff are very kind and extremely helpful. Everything was perfect.

Parking was convenient, right in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly, and our room was very spacious and clean. The location was good for a city stay, with a store right next door and a bank at the end of the street. It was also nice and quiet — we didn’t hear anything from the casino on the first floor.

“Wonderful staff”

Susannah and Maria were wonderful in helping us to arrange a taxi from a rather obscure border post between Turkey and Georgia. The outside of the hotel is totally blingtastic!!

No Airconditioning, very hot. Our room was facing to the street, very loud. Poor breakfast.

The hotel is of high standard with excellent rooms and I would have rated excellent but for the absence of air conditioning which did detract from summer comfort.

“Nice stop on the way to Armenia”

Overall quite an enjoyable stay. We spend 1 night on our way to the Armenian border, and enjoyed the facilities. Had a great time playing pool as well.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are spacious and super clean, all facilities are new and modern. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I felt so welcomed and well taken care of, I would come back in a heartbeat! Highly reccomended if you want to stay in a perfect hotel for a very reasonable price!

We came here to rest from our bikepacking trip. The staff was super friendly, accommodating our needs. The rooms were super comfy and clean, it was very restful and the beds comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Very typical hotel with very welcoming, kind and helpful staff. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, spacious, very comfortable, with modern equipment (WIFI with good speed) and very well heated. Dinner and breakfast were simple but of very good quality. A very good stay and I really recommend it.
