We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, especially Mrs. Niveen at the reception. The rooms were very clean, and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

The Hotel is very clean, rooms are pretty big size and have very clean toilets. The hotel is 25 mins from the airport, the seaside is 5 mins walk, and and market and a few restaurants around the hotel has plenty of car parking spaces.

Very good room sizes with comfortable beds. The location is excellent and near to all shops and restaurants. Very beautiful and well mentatain corniche in front across the road. Breakfast is good.

Neat and clean room with good size. Location not in city but just in front of a beautiful and well maintain corniche and all type of shops are around abd good quality Resturant available at corniche and near to hotel.Staff at reception is good and helpfull.

Good Location, Walking distance to the Trabzon waterfront area for evening sunset and walks, a local restaurant 5 mins away with tasty cheap food, Helpful efficient staff at the hotel, they booked a 5am taxi to the airport waiting for us.

Very hospitable staff. Anastasia especially helped us a lot with everything that come up during our stay. Other staff also very nice and helpful if understands your request. Generally a nice hotel the beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable, you can hear your neighbors but we had nothing bothering us at night. The breakfast was a rich turkish breakfast. Everyone probably can find something that suits. Spa access was a nice gift for our stay.

Reception staff were polite and gave a clear explanation about breakfast. They helped us park the car. Mustafa, the security guard, was extremely helpful, kind, and professional – he was the only bright side of our stay.

“Beautiful stay”

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff, specially Tariq. Easy to park your car. In front of a sea front, which include nice restaurants and cafes and playgrounds. close to everything. It is however far from Trabzon city centre but wasn't an issue for us.

I really liked how the staff tried their best to accommodate our families' needs. Mohammad at reception was ever so helpful. The hotels location is also very good.

Excellent location , renovated hotel rooms and facilities and mist importantly very helpfull and welcoming stuff especially Management (Abou.Wassim). The breakfast was excellent.

Very nice hotel. The hotel manager, Mrs. Emine, is very polite and humble. She treats people with high standards and has very high morals. The hotel is wonderful, overlooking the sea. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I booked a room with a balcony, and the balcony was spacious and clean, and the view of the sea was wonderful. The TV has many Arabic channels. The breakfast is wonderful and varied. The staff are excellent, some of whom speak Arabic. Many thanks to the wonderful hotel manager and all the staff, especially Mrs. Nevin, Mrs. Serpil, and Mr. Mohammed at the reception.
