If its possible at all, the photos don't do it justice. We Loved everything about this beautiful, warm and tranquil home. It was pure PARADISE. Set your alarm clock to 20 minutes before sunrise and go out and listen to the birds!!

The location was perfect. Only a three minute drive into Akaroa, or you can walk down the private walkway to Childrens Bay and on around to the township. The three bedroom home had a well equipped kitchen with everything you needed for self catering. The beds were comfortable with lovely linen. The expansive lawn was great for children playing and there is a swing under the tree beside verandah. The birdsong is amazing in the trees around the house which is so quiet and tucked away.

Beautiful surroundings, didn't really see the other guests in the other cottages to much, peaceful. Very conformable beds and we were very surprised by the amount of games and conveniences we had.

Great location in a beautiful area. Can walk into Akaroa off road where there is lots to do. Very well kitted out kitchen, nicely furnished and comfy beds. I would love to stay here again.

The location. It was private, picturesque and peaceful, yet with a village atmosphere and the town in walking distance. Native birds and sunshine, with hilltop walks close by. Also the hammock!
