Great cottage with everything we needed. It was a very cold couple of days but the cottage was warm and cosy. The views and surroundings made the visit very special. Loved the secret path into town. Much nicer than having to walk on the main road

Living her is so comfortable. The house is quiet, clean, view is beautiful, light is bright, having heater, having good car parking space, and bath shower is strong enough. Especially, the whole environment is very big.

Amazing views, peaceful, close to the town of Akaroa. Lively comfy, homely cottage in stunning surroundings.

The cottage was perfect for us for our 4 night stay. It is located just outside the village of Akaroa and easily accessible by car. It was very clean, well set up and had everything we needed. There is a lovely view over the harbour from the property.

Beautiful little cottage with fantastic views. Bedrooms spacious. Comfy lounge area gorgeous views from patio area where you can enjoy drinks etc.while listening to birds sing. Views also from master bedroom. Good instructions on how to find cottage. 25 mins walk to akaroa..which is a lovely little town with lots of restaurants etc. Highly recommend staying here. Very peaceful area to stay. So quiet and dark at night. Great communication from owner.

Beautiful location amongst trees in a managed parkland setting with alfresco dining facilities and a view towards the bay. Comfortable interior offering enough space for up to four people on a short stay, parking, a laundry, plenty of hot water and everything worked as it should. This host knows how to do it properly, putting other hosts to shame and should be the benchmark for other aspiring hosts to match.

The location of being surrounded by nature was amazing, sitting on the paved patio, or from the lounge and looking towards the water while the sun was setting was absolutely beautiful, the view from the main room looking out towards the water in the early morning

Position, position, position! Great views, lots of birds and very quiet. The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent spot close to the village of Akaroa but far enough away from the crowds.
