We got a bad room but on request they changed it with a better one. There is that person who speaks English and is service oriented. He was very helpfull and fixed what he could in very optimal time. Room was comfortable. Was not very far from Haram almost 10 minutes walk for adult normal persons.

“The hotel is 1 km from the Haram but still can be recommended but seriously need to train the receptionists.”
Their staff especially supervisor kajol was very cooperative.
