We booked the property because in the first sentence of the description it advertised a swimming pool, but it was not available for use due to being neglected and thick with weed and algae. It had not yet been cleaned for the spring. Additionally, the photos are selective and do not show that the flat is part of a most unattractive block in a poor area of the town.
