This is the worse Hotel Apartment I've ever been. Very arrogent staff, very dirty rooms, very bad assitstance, very unprofessional receptionist.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay, and I want to especially highlight the receptionist. She was professional, polite, and very efficient in her service. Even though she was strict about the late check-out policy, she handled the situation with respect and a calm attitude, which I really appreciated. Her communication was clear, and she made sure everything else during my stay went smoothly. A perfect balance of firmness and friendliness — truly a great example of excellent customer service. I would like to appreciate house keeping boy for his excellent service.

We had to book at last minute since the Airport Hotel we had booked did not allow entry until custom were cleared and since our check in were late we had to book a hotel at the last minute. The staff was very helpful and guided us to restaurant etc...
