I have stayed in many hotels in Ajman. But there is no hotel like this, it is comfortable, hygienic and best location.And I have told all my friends about this hotel. This hotel is very good!

“Some staff are very harsh”
I checked in early morning 4 am and requested the reception staff for my stay till 2 pm , as i booked online for 1 day only . while i was sleeping , the morning staff ( phillipino lady ) called me at 12:40 and said within 20 mins i should vacate the room , i was in between my sleep that time and even though requested for 1 hour time she was very arrogant and said no we cannot this is hotel rule bla bla , hence without even taking my bath i left the hotel. ( it was on 3/12/24 ) i was planning to stay for a week but because of this behavior i had to leave. But i have to add this point the night shift guy was very polite and nice.

I really..the stuff from house keeping..they are wonderful...and one staff lady is wonderful and her beaver is Great and dealing with guest very hospitality...I am wondering if this management utill now suppose to keep her as manger ... even there is one lady from Philliphin ..She is professional and good at dealing with guest ..

A clean and beautiful hotel. I advise everyone to deal with the receptionist, SHAIZA ADNAN She can help you for everything you need and She is a nice, cooperative and polite girl. I was very happy with the Dream Palace Hotel
