“Villa Irena”
Villa Irena is excellent accommodation in the medieval hilltop town of Vipavski Kriz. The recently renovated traditional home in the heart of the village was spacious, well equipped, meticulously clean with a very comfortable bed. The owner, Irena, is to be congratulated as she is a superb host. She not only cares about her guests & the quality of their stay but also provides information on a variety of activities and attractions in the Vipava Valley. The breakfast Irena provides at an additional cost is delicious and plentiful. We didn't need lunch! We highly recommend staying at Villa Irena!!

The location is simply stunning, perched on a hill with breathtaking views. However, the true gem of our stay was our hostess, Irena. She was unparalleled in her hospitality, always available at the drop of a hat. Irena provided us with outstanding recommendations for restaurants and activities, enhancing our experience in Vip avski Kris immensely. Her dedication and exceptional service made our stay truly unforgettable. We cannot recommend Villa Irena highly enough. It is a perfect retreat with outstanding amenities and an extraordinary hostess. We will definitely be returning!

Another spot on my list of favourites in the world. Everything's is thought out till the tiniest detail. Hospitality level 10: subtle presence, yet always there when you need something. Irena, big thank you. Hoping to come back in the future!
