Nice hotel with fast check in, access to the restaurant/ cafeteria with a friendly and good staff. The room was clean and big with good A/C. They let me leave my luggage without charging any extra money. Perfect stay 😊

Friendly and helpful. Nice little coffee station and coffee bar also. Día supermarket is just round the corner if you need anything. And there is a little corner shop a few doors down on the left along the main road side for small things like water, or something like that.

Great staff. One english speaker which helped when we asked to adjust our room. Very friendly. Location good for the Madrid airport. Quiet spot considering it's on a corner of a road intersection. Clean and tidy room.

“Wonderful stay”
Everthing! the staff were absolutely wonderful. We were traveling from South Africa and we cant speak much Spanish but everyone here were so accommodating and kind. The restaurant food were so delicious. Thank you to the Chef, the lovely kind owner, the ladies at reception, the morning barrister! We had a true Spanish experience.. aaah such a wonderful treat!!

“Good values for money”
The property is out of Madrid Centre however very convenient for a short stay. Staff were amazingly helpful and nice.

“New Base in Madrid”
Nice Small Hotel, in a little village fairly close to the airport, easy access and parking in the nearby streets. The best about the this Hotel is that you experience a piece of the real Spain and their restaurent / cafeteria is worth the visit, Excellent local food at affordable prices. Had a really enjoyable time eating all the meals from Breakfast to Dinner.
