Location was next to the train station so easy for transport. About a 20 minute walk to the main food and bar area.

Close to the train station and buses. Close to supermarkets and a good selection of restaurants. Having breakfast provided is a great bonus. The front desk is always available and has excellent service.

Very close to train station/sightseeing bus, great tonkatsu place nearby that I swear was my best meal in Japan. I had allergy issues with pillow, they could not issue me another (I’ve heard toyoko are quite strict on this) but the kind lady at the counter gave me a spare blanket to use instead, which was much appreciated

Room was clean and as expected. All of the staff members were real nice and accommodating, and that made us feel great. They were able to communicate in English as we had limited Japanese skills. All day coffee is available free of charge and breakfast is available in the morning also free.

Located right next to train and bus stations, and walking distance to Nanokamachi St, loads of good Izakayas etc. Great location fo tourists relying on public transport, but loads of parking options too for those not.

Amazing staff, my friend had an accident and the staff organised a taxi to the hospital and were just incredibly caring.

“Nice hotel in Aizu”

The hotel was right by the train station, although there wasn't much nearby, except a pet shop(!) which my daughter kept wanting to go to. The hotel was super clean and we had an amazing view of Mt. Bandai from the twelth floor. It was my first stay at a Toyoko Inn for about fifteen years, because I always thought the breakfasts were poor, but ours was pretty good for a budget hotel. Lots of options and plenty of food. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Aizu again in the future.

Buffet breakfast was good, staff were helpful (their English was generally limited though), distance to the train station/bus was pretty short

Hotel room are as usual. Main advantage is that Aizu Wakamatsu station only 3 minutes walking distance.
