The accommodation was very comfortable, and the room was extremely spacious. We chose a room with a private bath on the balcony, where we could relax while enjoying the scenic view. The meals were served buffet-style, with a wide variety of choices.

“I would definitely stay here again.”
The view from the room was amazing. My room had a leak that couldn't be fixed, so the hotel upgraded me to a room with a private onsen, which was fantastic. It's one of my favorite hotels in Japan.

“A very unique experience”
Such a unique hotel situated on mountain with amazing views from our private onsen. It was a very special experience. We opted for the half board. Both breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent.

Amazingly beautiful location, great views from the room, and exceptionally friendly staff, all of which were excited to hear that we were from New Zealand (and one of the staff had even lived there). The private onsen on the balcony was in particular a highlight! Very much want to return someday!

Nice pools, amazing view from the river-facing Japanese annex room - snow covered hills, etc. Incredible spread of food for the breakfast and dinner buffets - takes a couple of days to try everything!
