shower facilities not maintained, missing or empty dispensers, kitchen bin was full and smelly, location is far from everything, bus stop is near but bus not running often on weekends and it is expensive to get to The Strand or Ferry by taxi and impossible by feet. cars leaving early waking you up. also, bunk beds very shaky and not fixed to walls - i got waken up each time I turned over or person on lower bed turned. reception unattended most of the times. No good vibes or easy-going crowd - just bunch of strangers staying overnight

The location is excellent, and the property has fantastic facilities, a pool, a spacious living room with a giant TV, and two well equipped kitchens. The atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant, making it easy to relax and connect with others. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, and truly make you feel at home, like part of a family. I highly recommend staying here.

It was like living in a big family house! Everyone helps one another and sometimes there were movie- just dance- or music nights. I even got a small tour around the facilities. Washing machines are free. The owner is the BEST <3 I'm forever grateful for what he did.

Friendly , helpful staff, beautiful old building. I got a upgrade to a queen room. Towels and linen included. No drugs, alcohol or smoking allowed. Quiet.

The service manager was lovely and helped us feel comfortable, so much so they even helped us locate the place when we arrived. Even responding after hours when the WiFi password did not work. Bed was comfortable enough and air conditioner was fantastic. Most other guests were courteous.
