Auberge Le Festival Todra Gorge is simply outstanding. The location is incredible: remote, peaceful, surrounded by dramatic rock formations, with no close neighbours and a real sense of silence and space. It is the kind of place where you can sit on a lounger, look at the canyon, listen to nothing, and then watch the stars at night. For us, this was not just accommodation — it was a full experience. The whole property is extremely tasteful and atmospheric. Compared with many other places in the Todra Gorge area, it feels like a completely different standard. The stone architecture, floors, natural materials, ceramics, candlelit restaurant and beautifully presented food create a style that reminded us more of a refined rural retreat in Mallorca or Corsica than of a simple guesthouse. Everything feels carefully designed, but still natural and connected to the landscape. Dinner was excellent — delicious, beautifully served and with a very special atmosphere. The restaurant in the evening, with candles and the surrounding silence, was one of the highlights of our stay. The whole place seems very well adapted to European tastes, but without losing its local character. It feels authentic, quiet and deeply atmospheric rather than mass-touristic.

“Peaceful stay deep into the Todra Valley”

This place is deep into the Todra valley, away from all the noise and chaos. The place itself is quite big and spread out. Lots of rooms in different parts of the building. There are some wonderful terraces from where you can enjoy a view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The staff is very kind and available. Rooms are really nice, clean and tidy. Definitely recommend!

Great location away from the tourist crowds in the middle of the gorge

“Interesting accommodation in the depths of the Todra Gorge”

We stayed one night as we wanted to see the Todra Gorge sights. An interesting accommodation, good room and great view from the small balcony. We didn't have a dinner there, so can't comment on that. Breakfast was ok.

Unique property with interesting architecture and lots of interesting areas to explore, for adults and kids, alike. Great views with many outdoor seating options (still a bit cold to fully enjoy in mid March). Bonus, after-dinner live music played by the staff. Breakfast was truly exceptional, the biggest of our 10-night road trip!

This place is absolute paradise, both the restaurant and the cave rooms are extremely cosy and the setting is just incredible. The food was delicious and the coffee at breakfast was the best we had on the whole trip

Magic place 5km after Todhra Gorge! As it got cold in the evening, two men prepared a cosy fire at our fire place. It is possible to drive to Dades Gorge on a newly made road, spektacular views.

We liked the cave room, although quite a walk to the reception/eating area. Location is quite a way from restaurants etc so you will be eating there probably. Set dinner adequate though dull.
