The home is finished to a high standard and was immaculately clean on arrival, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Access was simple and convenient via the key box, and communication with the owner was excellent throughout.

“Perfect property, perfect location”
We chose Higginsneuk as it looked clean, well equipped and a good location for exploring and it didnt disappoint. we was aware it was near a busy road but was unaware of the views and walk to Airth - just Wow, stunning, we didn't want to leave. We would definately recommend 😊

“Excellent location to explore Edinburgh, Glasgow and Highlands.”
Convenient location literally on the major road with easy access to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Very new and clean property with no signs of use. Welcome treats and water and milk in the fridge.
