The comfortable bed, new modern room with warm light. Hot shower, cool airconditioning. Clean + cool communal room. All meals cooked fresh and super tasty local flavors. Rotating breakfast. 3 chill cats, excellent staff. far away from hustle and bustle so if u r seeking tranquility and comfort and eat sleep dive repeat. Look no further. As we are scuba divers, the opposite dive club use the jetty on this property for their dive excursions! Highly recommended this unique experience. Feels like a landed live a board! We would love to come back for diving the lembeh strait!

Really amazing quiet room, with really cold aircon (if it's necessary) , bright white bed sheets and towels. Warm water with strong water pressure (after diving sometimes it's good). Taste dinner and good breakfast. best place for diving with local dive centers.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean with a super quiet aircon and huge bonus, a smart tv! We really enjoyed it. The rooms face the ocean and the view is incredible, jetty is right there for the dive shop (went with Aldmeta) to pick you and drop you easily. There were 3 cats onsite who were very cute. There’s a lounge room where you can hang out in and eat your meals, meals always came with fruits. Staff were friendly and helpful! Away from town and super quiet, though on night two we were awaken by random loud music outside our room.

Clean rooms, organized, helpful staff, close to dive center, dive boat leaves from garden of hotel. Close to village for snacks and essentials. Great bathroom, hot powerful showers. P

Excelleny food, comfortable rooms and lovely friendly staff. Very good value and easy to arrang diving trips with rumah selam dive shop across the road. We did a great night snorkel off the beach in front of the hotel and saw loads of pipefish, moray eels, crabs and some nice corals9

“Pretty location on beach out of town - new rooms!”

Located outside of Bitung city, on a small black beach. Completely new accomodation!! Really nice and clean room. Staff very helpfull in serving you with new towels, sunbed towels, cleaning the room. Lovely hot shower. You can snorkel right out in front! There are sunbeds! Bring any neccessities beforehand. They serve breakfast (need to tell day before: omelet, french toast, pancakes) for a extra charge. And lunch. And diner. Need to order before. I would reccomend staying here for the location with seaview, on the beach. Beachbeds. The dive shop picks you up with their boat from the beach. Very convenient. But be aware it is out of town.

Alex the manager and his team were very helpful, answering any queries we had during our stay. WiFi good, aircon very quiet, meals plentiful and tasty. Scooters available (150k per day), and there is a dive centre just across the road that I used with no problems.

-all the staff was very friendly and I felt so welcome -the room is spacious and spotless clean -very comfortable bed -huge bathroom with a lot of towels, hair dryer and hot water -free water refill -very strong A/C -washing machine that you can use free of charge -the hotel is directly on the pier where the boat from rumah selam is which is very convenient if you are diving -they have 7 sockets in the room, in case you are a diver with a lot of things to charge

“Great Stay and Excellent Value”

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and we even got a tour of the pearl farm, which was a special experience. The food was tasty with generous portions, and both the rooms and dining area were very clean. The highlight was the modernized bathroom with warm water, a hairdryer (perfect after diving), and a drying rack. The rooms exceeded our expectations and offered unbeatable value for money. The location was also excellent, right across from a great dive school that sometimes picked us up directly from the hotel’s jetty. In hindsight, we wish we had stayed a night or two longer!

We were diving with Rumah Selam. Their boat lies just in front of the hotel. Small, clean and very friendly staff. It is actually a pearl farm and Tim, the owner, can tell you everything about it. Perfect place to enjoy Lembeh strait!

A modern yet traditional and tranquil place to stay while visiting the Lembeh and Bitung area. Pak Alex and his team are ever attentive and helpful. Alex accommodated changed dates and flights etc despite Booking.coms useless customer support. The rooms have recently been refurbished, the hot water hot and everything is spotless. The view over the busy but picturesque Strait is fantastic. Having lived in Indonesia 25 years ago I can honestly say that the food is a good as any home cooked food anywhere with great variation. Sign up for the full catered option. The other house staff are equally helpful and will happily run an errand to pick up supplies as the place is a tad isolated- even they don’t ask or expect don’t forget to tip. While in the area we did some Muck snorkelling with Ibu Feronika from Rumah Selam who operate near bye-it was awesome. Feronika can also help with highland and nature park tours, plus transport to and from Manado. Can highly recommend.

Kaya Kirana was for us the perfect final stay of our Sulawesi tour. Even when you are not diving or snorkling you will enjoy the great hospitality and kindness of the staff. A special recommendation for the pearl tour when you will get a special and very interesting insight in the world of growing pearls and it’s 24/7 care.

Very nice and new accommodation. Everything is spotless clean. Meals are included and very tasty with lots of variation. The accommodation lies a bit secluded, but perfect for a couple of days of relaxing. The dive school is just across the street. You can also learn about pearl cultivation, a nice tour is offered. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and will make your stay as comfortable as possible. They can arrange transportation to your next destination. All in all: a perfect place to stay if you don’t want to cross to Lembeh island.
