Lack of toiletries, including towels and shower products. Had to call housekeeping multiple times after finding more things missing in the apartment that we needed to use and housekeeping were very slow at supplying us with what we needed. We also didn't like that we were put in the exact room of accommodation as our last visit 4 or so years ago, which I think was more coincidental than anything.. we hope! So, our experience was similar in the sense of same spot at the apartment block, which was a bit boring. We also have several issues with the water pipe of the bathroom toilet, having to turn it off and on for minutes and hours at a time to prevent the loud sound it would make after flushing. Not fun when the pipe tap itself is all mouldy and green.. Lot to ask of guests to clean up and empty the bins before checking out after having an uncomfortable and inconvenient stay. We liked our first stay, hence returning, but won't return again unfortunately.

“Beautiful Apartment with amazing views”

We stayed for 5 nights in this amazing apartment with incredible views. Beautifu large rooms with comfortable beds and quality linen. The kitchen was well equipped, but we could have done with a bit more cutlery and a few cleaning products. The washer and dryer were very efficient. I did not notice until the end of our stay that there were a few items available to buy at reception ( coffee pods etc). It is 15 minutes walk down to the large supermarket and a longer climb back up. We got used to the steep up to the hotel. It is worth it. Away from the centre of the town it is very quiet and worth it for the amazing views. This place is not for anyone who has trouble walking. Recommended.
