“Worst Airbnb i have stayed in”

Toilet dirty faeces on toilet seat Room not cleaned Kettle had mould and mugs dirty Front door was supposed to be open bcos we arrived at 5pm. It Was locked We followed instruction for lockbox to attain key and no key in lockbox Had to call them and no WhatsApp availability so had to go to pub to make call as i only had international phone. Most Airbnb allow for this by having WhatsApp details Room smells like smoking No toiletries at all, apart from little bit of handwash at sink. Only cold water in sink tap, no hot water

Very friendly staff, the room was nice and comfortable, parking was good, with good WiFi.

The location is very convenient if slightly tricky to get to off the main road . Parking onsite. The room was fairly small but neatly arranged . The area is quiet . Everything was clean and tidy . Sheets and towels were clean. Milk and cereal and coffee and tea bags provided but no sugar . There is a small communal kitchen nearby but we didn’t use it . Weren’t given any information about it I only knew from previous reviews. The lady who checked us in was very nice and friendly . She had put in a small heater for us cause it was a bit chilly which was very kind .

Couldn’t fault this place , lovely welcome on arrival - perfect location for us, lovey and quiet, comfortable and clean, breakfast was a selection of cereals, croissants, tea and coffee, ideal as we had to leave early so a quick bite 👍we will be definitely be booking again when we come and visit family

“clean but average and not a great road to drive down to enter via rear”

No cutlery only a single teaspoon, A small plate and one breakfast bowel. Fresh milk second day but first day milk in fridge was off as thermostat was zero so fridge was not cold until I turned it up. I did not realize it was only cereal, bagged chocolatey croissant and some kind of chocolate wrap. so jut had cereal.

Lovely location, quiet, rustic, bed comfortable. Clean breakfast was a ‘help yourself’ affair which was fine by us, just the area was cramped.

At £75 p/n for 2 people it wasn't an expensive place to stay. It was OK for where we needed to be in Cumbernauld for one evening. The owner's mother was very pleasant and the dogs were friendly. The bed was comfortable.
