I booked and paid for the property whilst at the racecourse was accepted told where the keys were and the pin code given. With this I proceeded to have a couple of glasses of wine which took me over the drive limit. I then received a text telling me the property wasn’t available as cleaners hadn’t been in. If the property was unavailable it shouldn’t allow the booking. Unacceptable

“Comfortable, reasonable, and good location - just needs some towels and less heat!!”
Comfy beds, very reasonable price, good location, pleasant living area, good shower. The room with the two sets of bunk beds was great, as we hadn't realised that, and it meant that our teenage children could have a bottom bunk each (and a bit of distance from each other!), which they preferred.

Did not stay due to being delayed in Frankfurt for 2 days, had to cancel due to air traffic control in England crashing but what I saw on line it would of been perfect for our stay

“Didn’t happen. Never book this property as it’s proving to be a right rip-off!!!”
wasn’t able to get into the property after travelling from Leics. very late on the owners contacted Booking.com to say property couldn’t be let due to boiler problems. this is despite me trying to ring the contact number, sending a text and emailing. really not good enough & feel very let down by the owner and Booking.com.

got to the property cant get in email and text the owner no reply this was at 3pm. still having received a reply the next day. had my 6 year old son with no where to stay. NEVER BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. absolute disgrace and i want a refund how can you still take me money. when we was outside cars smashed up glass all over front of the house and was NO parking . DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE

we stayed there as a base whilst attending a show at aintree it had everything we needed to make the weekend comfortable beds were comfortable bedding was clean lovely and warm house
