Convenient location, well presented suite.

The apartment was spacious, a big comfortable bed, very clean and had a lovely view from the balcony. We had lunch in the restaurant and it was very good quality and value. Friendly, helpful staff. A short walk to the historic town centre.

This hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed. The staff were very helpful. The views from the hotel are glorious. Breakfast was good for 10 euros and it’s easy to get a quick drink, lunch or dinner at the cafeteria downstairs.

“An enjoyable stay”

Arrival was slightly testing as we had booked a garage space but struggled to get in and it was difficult to park whilst we sorted it out. Another English couple had a similar experience and helped. Our room was amazing! We had a suite with a balcony and were very happy with it. Our only suggestion would be more toiletries! There was no turn down service so no new towels either. The breakfast was quite basic but was fine. The coffee machine was difficult to use so other guests per helping each other. Dinner was very nice and great value. We enjoyed our stay.

The room/suite we had booked was comfortable and well appointed forget a one night stay. However, on arrival at check-in their computer system was down - which led to the member of staff in the reception office area having what only could be described as a “meltdown”” when (3) separate groups arrived to check-in all at the same time. Here at this point is where the Hotel let itself down. All level of professionalism appeared to have been dispensed with as instructions were shouted to the other member of staff who was dealing with us. After some time a realisation of having to resort to the old-fashioned system of photocopying passports and the obvious greeting guests with a smile eventually prevailed. The second occasion this Hotel let itself down was at Breakfast, which was chaos with not enough tables for (2) prepared and set, which led to guests standing waiting. The final straw for me was when I witnessed flies landing and sitting on the food breakfast area. Eggs, Bacon,Breads and Pastries were not covered or protected from insects landing on and contaminating food. This is a serious breach of food Hygiene and Environmental Health. That morning, I had one Black Coffee and a piece of Toast. I was not prepared to allow myself to contract food poisoning.

A clean modern hotel near the old town of Ainsa. The accommodation was great, very spacious, modern and comfortable. We ate dinner in the hotel which was a mistake. The service was very slow (only one person serving) and the food was terrible.
