“The furniture is in very poor condition and not clean”
The furniture is in very poor condition, all the air conditioners have problems — one of them wasn’t working at all — and the place is not clean.

The place was peaceful, which suited us perfectly. When I decided to visit the beach, it was just my family there, making it feel very private. The pool was excellent, and the chalet was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also dined at the Mövenpick restaurant, which is open to non-residents and just a short walk along the beach. Additionally, a supermarket and pharmacy are conveniently located nearby.

“Despite the nice pool and nearness to the Movenpick, we wouldn't stay here again.”
The location by the Movenpick (and description of this when booking) is very good. It's great that guests can use the Movenpick services (for a fee). And the host was very flexible about our arrival time, once we managed to reach her via her phone number (she never responded to my message on bookings.com). The size of the apartment is great and can easily house nine-ten people, including those sleeping on the sofa. Also: the pool is fabulous! And so nice to be able to use it after sunset.

“good apartment, bad landlord”
Personal landlord didn’t give back the deposit he took for the keys, on checkout day he said he’s not available until 5pm and ignored further calls and messages. Moreover, communication over phone was hard due to landlord’s very basic English skills.
