We had an exceptional experience staying at Tanoak with our family. It is genuinely one of the loveliest resorts we have visited in Egypt. The resort is set within a beautifully maintained compound that is immaculately clean, well organised, and clearly cared for to a very high standard. What truly stood out was the quality of service throughout our stay. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, friendly, and eager to help. The hospitality was outstanding and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, with a great variety of high-quality options and consistently delicious meals. Combined with the beautiful surroundings and relaxed atmosphere, it created a truly magical experience for our family. A special thank you goes to Noor from the guest relations team, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail helped make our stay so memorable. Noor went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and we are extremely grateful for the care and attention provided. It is rare to find a resort that delivers such a high standard of service, quality, and hospitality, and we would not hesitate to recommend Tawnock to anyone visiting Egypt. We very much look forward to returning in the future.

I have stayed 2 nights with my family and I was very happy with everything including the service, the rooms the landscape and the friendly staff specifically Nour. One small comment, the food was nice but I believe it's the only thing that have room for improvement
