The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and our stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it, especially as it's only an hour and a half from Cairo.

“Hotel Overrated”
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The main reason I am giving it 4 stars is the staff. They were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. However, in my opinion, the hotel is somewhat overrated. The property feels quite old and would benefit from a long-overdue renovation. The facilities are also rather limited. While it may be suitable for families, I would only recommend it for a short stay of 1–2 days. The food was satisfactory, but it was not at the level I expected and could definitely be improved in terms of quality and variety. In the end, the hardworking and dedicated staff made the biggest positive difference to our experience, and they are the main reason for this rating.

A beautiful area, the food was amazing , the pool was well maintained and the beach was perfect. Maria who works at the reception she was extremely helpful and kind ! And the staff member who was making and serving the sheehsa/hookah was fantastic!
