“Don't book this hotel - they will move you to the Grand Ocean Hotel”
Had we known that we would be moved we would never have booked this - our time was limited however and we were already charged in USD! so we went and made the best of it - the only saving grace was they gave us a late check-out time (14:00) so the kids could spend more time at the beach and the staff were really very lovely. The pools and grounds were immaculate and the rooms were clean. There was also plenty of food. Also the beach has some grass and some sand which was nice however as you move towards the water it is very rocky so hard for children without water shoes (which we could not find)

The views were amazing. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Food was good. It was lovely having the pool and sea so close to each other.

“It was a wonderful stay .”
The variation of fruit was not satisfactory level . I need to have good selection of the fruits. Otherwise, the level of breakfast was good enough. The starting time of the breakfast was 07:00 therefore, I couldn’t have enough relaxed time before going out.

Everything about this hotel was top notch . We were greeted and treated like royalty from the moment we arrived to the moment we left . The food was one of the best I experienced and the Chef deserves a Michelin if it was up to me . Samir one of the managers was so helpful and polite from the moment we arrived . The whole family loved the experience and we will definitely return soon . Thank you to all the staff for making our stay truly special. 10/10
