Overview
The Retal View offers elegantly decorated rooms and suites in the Ain El Sokhna area, on the shores of the Suez Gulf. It features a private beach area and free Wi-Fi in Lobby area. Each air-conditioned unit at the Retal View features a balcony with views over the sea. Some of them have also views of the sea and garden. All the units include a minibar, a satellite TV, and a safe. A complimentary breakfast is served every day at the hotel. Guests have a menu with sea food at the Beach Restaurant. “Never will come again to this hotel”
The hotel was not properly cleaned and you can easily tell the dust that has been accumulated for ages . The toilets were smelly and the whole toilet was rusty and dirty. The AC had to be repaired couple times while we were there because it was not working at all and sleeping was hard . Worse was we were only offered one water a day only even after asking for more water . WIFI was not available in the rooms only in the reception and still was very weak that we couldn’t even call any one . We also spotted bugs like cockroaches in rooms . The food was not in the standard expected as the whole family got food poisoning and ended up not enjoying our stay. We were affected by dirrohea and tummy aches. We will never come back to this hotel .
