“Location wasn’t great”
Location bad nothing there. Swimming was closed and not clean. they promised us with shuttle bus to the beach but that didn’t happen and we had to pay every time to go to the sea.

I did not like anything. The place is very bad and the services are very bad. There are no inquiries to communicate with them. You need from one to two hours to be able to communicate with someone in the place. The apartment is very far from the sea, not as mentioned at all.🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫🤕🤒😷 We never had fun it was a very bad vacation🥴🤐

I have been scammed! The hotel's pictures on the app do not match reality. When I arrived at the gate, I was sent to another nearby hotel that is unfit for humans! The staff asked for an additional amount of money to give me a room in the hotel I supposedly booked! When I arrived, the hotel was under maintenance, and most of the swimming pools were closed for maintenance, so we had to go to a distant pool! The rooms were beyond terrible, with a sewage smell throughout the room. I couldn't stay because of how bad the hotel was! I couldn't endure more than two hours! I left the hotel and returned home after losing a day that was supposed to be a happy family vacation.
