“Convenient, great service and lovely beach”
The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The room is clean, the beach is really nice. The service at the beach is great. The grill/barbecue at the open buffet was really nice. Overall, the place is extremely convenient.

“Bad experience. Dirty. Unknown extra fees are always unacceptable.”
It probably used to be a 5 start hotel in the past but to be honest it should be more like a 3 stars today maybe 4 with a lot of effort on their end.

The food is very tasty and very selective, staff in the restaurant are very friendly. ...... Mr.Zein head chef ,Mr.Mohamed Othman,Mr.Mohamed hamed staff manager and all the other staff are very friendly and very cooperative. the hotel is clean and quiet. Also the receptionist Mr.Shady is very cooperative.

The receptionist acted very arrogantly and disrespectfully during the check-in process, kept me waiting for over an hour, and created problems, which led me to cancel my reservation. This disrespectful behavior from this individual must be taken into consideration.
