The room was better than expected, however the Seaview is not more of pool view and water park view with partial Seaview. The food was not bad in terms or quality and variety. The staff are very friendly with some minor exceptions. Some of the staff were overly friendly I a nice way.

All staff were very welcoming, special thanks to Hassan, Medhat and Uncle Mohamed. Food was amazing and delicious. Staff at the pools and water slides were extremely helpful and friendly. Eid dinner was so good 👍 Had an unforgettable experience!
