The host is a wonderful couple. Quit organized. The place is superclean equipped with all facilities. The view is owesome. The beach is nice with sandy floor after few meters. The pool is wonderfull. Mr Shady agreed for 2 hrs late check out which was needed at the time.

The unit is clean with a beautiful pool view. The kitchen is well equipped and the automatic washing machine was very helpful. If I have stayed longer, I would have enjoyed the roof with the grill provided. The furniture is comfortable and clean. Interior design is very nice. The owner is cooperative and if you call ahead for a special request, he would provide it for you.

Mr. Shadi, the Owner is so welcoming, and he made everything lovely so you'd love the stay in the chalet, The view from the chalet is very nice with a lovely terrace and roof. Furniture and furnishings are very neat and clean Appliances are very good and almost brand new, Level of cleanliness is very good and supplies such as soaps and detergents were available. Besides, he was very flexible with check out time as he had no reservations on the same day of check out. I'd recommend it for drama free stay.

The property booked was advertised as a chalet, rated at a 9.0. Not only that, it was rated (price wise) at a five-star property level- which wasn't the case. Arriving there, we found the property being a mid-building flat( not a chalet). Not to mention, it was in mid level up-keep. To elaborate, the mattresses and pillows were atrocious (hitting the wood boning of the bed underneath), the curtains barely insulating any light, the bathrooms weren't really clean, and the kitchen fan was BURIED in dust to even use. Also, the "chalet" was booked as a property for seven adults, and the beds barely fit five( with squeezing-in); one adult had a FLOOR MATTRESS and two had to sleep on the sofa to reach a barely adequate level of comfort.  Why would anyone want to be subjected to this kind of accommodation they booked with their own money? The issue that stung the most, however, was with the host- Shady (building 195, third floor) . He insisted on a 1000 LE deposit ABOVE what was payed via booking. He took the 1000 LE and said he would return them upon finishing the stay as he closes up the chalet and what not. He refused to come and close up his OWN PROPERTY and told us to close it up on our own and that he would return the 1000 LE and get the keys from us later on in Cairo. Since then, he has been acting shady with us. He has been citing his lack of time and being "busy" as an excuse for his tardiness for coming to collect the money. We have the location of meeting up and everything set up, he just has come yet to fulfill his agreement. I am furious and disappointed at the level of service and accommodation my family and I have been subjected to via booking this time around. I have been dealing with Booking.com for the past fifteen years, across the globe. Never in these fifteen years have I experienced this lack of service and integrity from a Booking.com  property. I am beyond appalled.
