Overview
The family-run Puttererseehof in Aigen in Styria’s Enns Valley is only a 5-minute walk away from a private swimming lake. Parking is available free of charge and free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the property. In summer professional child care with many activities is available. There is a children’s playground in the large garden. An infrared cabin is available at the Puttererseehof. Massages are also offered. The restaurant serves traditional Styrian cuisine. Several ski areas are only a short drive away. In winter the nearby Putterersee lake is suitable for ice-skating. In summer it features a swimming beach with a sunbathing lawn, which can be used free of charge. The lake is also ideal for fishing.

“What an amazing place!”
Super friendly staff, AMAZING food, lovely family atmosphere but without the big size and noise of family hotels. You can really feel the legacy of the family who owes the estate and takes care of it with love. They gave us an apartment when they saw we wouldn’t fit comfortably in the room we booked. The kids loved the garden, the golf/billiard garden game, the goat, the stream with the duck, chickens. We loved the food, the friendly and helpful staff, the small outdoor hut with their own produce that you can take and leave money.

Nice and quiet location, very friendly and helpful stuff, nice restaurant. Quite big garden belonging to the restaurant and accommodation, with chairs and umbrellas.

“Stunning views, Great location and excellent hotel.”
This hotel is like a scenic postcard. All the way I drove to this hotel, and I was stunned by the view surrounding by the hotel, which was just amazing. They have plenty of outside parking, which is very good. The check-in was smooth, and the Wi-Fi is strong. The room was quite big for the price. The bathroom is good and clean with required amenities. The view from the room window is amazing to see the mountains. I had a good free breakfast, which comes with the booking quite a speards. There are many good places to explore nearby and there are some good small restaurants to explore it.

The hotel is surrounded by mountains in a beautiful village. I had a compfy bed a lovely breakfast. The place has a restaurant where we had a dinner after arrival. The food was very tasty, massive portions and vegan options were available. I forgot my glasses in the hotel and they sent them by post.

room furnished with functional but outdated equipment; the problem was the creaking floor in the room and in the corridor, the hotel staff cleaning the corridor early in the morning using a vacuum cleaner, in short, expect noise

“Charming little family-run hotel”
Beautiful location and very friendly staff. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and our daughter enjoyed playing in the outside play area. We all had a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was fairly basic but sufficient. The swimming lake is beautiful and only a few minutes walk from the hotel. We were given free entry which included use of a small cabin, use of sun loungers and an umbrella and free use of their rowing boats and SUP. We were only on a stopover, but if we'd have realised how lovely it was we would have stayed longer especially so we could have spent more time by the lake. We will definitely be back!

Lovely old house and a safe parking for motorcycle in the barn. Food was perfect in the restaurant and breakfast was good. Super nice that I could stay extra hour as at morning it was raining heavily. Hosts were super nice and I'm slightly jealous one of the man leather shorts. 😎

Ideal position in small village. very traditional hotel, excellent owners and staff. not your modern style hotel but perfect if you like traditional furnishings and basic facilities.
