Overview
Surrounded by a large garden, Pension Glitschnerhof features warmly decorated guest accommodations with views of the surrounding mountains. With free Wi-Fi, all rooms at Glitschnerhof come equipped with a satellite LCD TV and work desk. The rooms have wooden floors and a private bathroom. A buffet breakfast is served every morning in the sunny breakfast room. BBQ facilities are available in the garden for a cosy summer evening. The sauna offers some relaxation after a busy day of skiing or hiking. When weather is sunny, guests can relax in the garden while kids have fun in the playground. Guests can rent free bikes to discover the surrounding valleys or to drive up to the Grimming Therme, a 20-minute drive away. The ski areas of Tauplitz, Riesneralm and Planneralm are a 15-minute drive away. From June to mid-October, the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses, and free admission to the public outdoor pool in Schladming.

The breakfast was fantastic. The room had blackout curtains which meant an excellent night's sleep. It was wonderfully quiet. The ideal getaway from the busy city. A fantastic place to rest. I appreciated the host's attention to detail. The sauna was wonderful. The guesthouse is impeccably clean. There was a bicycle which I borrowed and went for a lovey long cycle.

Very warm and nice welcome, with smiles and efficiency. The farm looks very nice and the pension itself is looking very nice. The room was very clean and also very large, with a nice balcony. The breakfast was simply perfect and, as we arrived not so early on the previous day, we also enjoyed a decent short dinner with simple food but well prepared and tasty :-) A very short stay as we were on the road and wanted only to have a one night stop, but could and should definitely have been longer !
