“Amazing stay for the money”

Amazing stay for the money. We were on a budget so we were lucky to find that accommodation. Everything was just perfect and even better than we expected considering the price range. It also included great breakfast and warm welcome from the hosts. The owners are very warm and hospitable, made us feel at home. We had a breathtaking mountain view from the room and it was easy to access the accommodation from the main road. Highly recommend!

This place basically stole our hearts. Typical Austrian mountain accomodation with so kind and gentle host (Mr. Eghart and his wife). We loved everything about that place. All space was so clean, fresh, lovely! We felt like we just visited our grandma (felt like home but in amazing landscape).The view - omg the view is outstanding (we caught inversion so we were super lucky obviously) but even with no inversion (in german: Oben Neben) the place is just so lit. Another great thing was the breakfast. Delicious, Austrian salami, egg, fresh pastry. Loved that for sure. They have balcony, 1 room with kitchen -extra pay 15€. Another 4 rooms are without kitchen. Around are super trails and it’s not so crowded around the locality (in compare to hot places such as Wolfgangsee or Mondsee etc.). We did Bodensee and others but there are so many opportunities what to do.. Via ferrata’s, ski. + many animals are there near by (cows, cats, Alpaka’s, horses). Or if you just wanna relax and enjoy peace! The peace and air over there… Damn we felt in LOVE. One love Rainzhof. Thank you so so much Mr Eghart. We spent 3 days at Rainzhof and we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom is with great shower, the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were comfortable, room view is beautiful. The house is traditional in style, with farm on side.. A lovely farmhouse on top of the hill, at affordable rates, reachable via serpentine mountain route.

Breakfast was good. Fresh rolls and other breads. Coffee was okay but they had milk from their farm which was amazing.

Nice view. Kind owners, they pleasantly surprised us. Good breakfast. The bathroom was a bit difficult for us, we had to be like yogis, but in the background of everything else Thank you. The best coffee we aretasted during awer stay in Austria.

“Ideal place for a walking trip to Steiricher Bodensee and Bodensee waterfall”

The pension has an amazing position, with splendid view to Aich village and nice hunting decorations in the lobby and the breakfast room. Very silent and cosy, big room with large windows. Good and rich breakfast (coffee as much as you need, self-prepared on a machine). The owner does not like to speak English, but has a super-nice personality and you understand what you need to know by intuition. We arrived a little bit later than the limit of chek-in time, but he was available and in good mood. Ideal starting point for a 4-5 h walk (for untrained people) to Steiricher Bodensee lake and Bodensee waterfall, both are amazing (the lake is amazingly rich in trouts and on its border a restaurant offers delicious trout plates at decent prices).

“Wonderfull rural place with spectacular mountain view”

Absolutely spectacular place! It was possible to see a monumental mountain view right from the balcony and even from bed. Fully equiped kitchen for cooking just like home (oven, fridge, dishwasher, all kind of dishes, fry pans and so on). Cows, cats, rabbits are everywhere. Owners are very friendly and helpful, even thought they don't speak English much. Many hiking trails are in a walking distance (one starts right there). Lovely road to get there and beautiful Bodensee is just a few minutes from apartment. And once again breathtaking scenery.
