“Excellent rural hotel, hosted with passion and service”

Beautifully restored former farm house, very nice and clean room with airco, modern with historic twists. Superb beds and cozy bathroom with rain shower. The very friendly hostess makes you feel at home and goes the extra mile to satisfy your daily needs. Spacious relaxing room for after dinner drinking and to enjoy an excellent breakfast in the morning. The house is surrounded with multiple garden pieces, also to enjoy for the guests. You can also take the train to San Sebastián from Orio/Aia station (at walking distance). Hiking is possible in the nearby situated Pagoeta reserve.

Everything! The facilities are very modern new and clean, the owners are amazingly kind and welcoming, the animals outside are wonderful, breakfast was outstanding. Honestly, it's an amazing amazing place to stay!! Also, the town nearby, Orio, has quite some nice restaurants and the closest beach is very beautiful! We loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat! Thanks for everything!!

“Comfortable, friendly accommodation just outside town”

Wide, comfortable bed. Lovely large room and bathroom, garden seating and sun bed outside with view of the little Euskotren as it went past. Tea and coffee available in the main room any time. Very friendly staff. Five minutes from the camino/GR2 on the south west side of the river. Good breakfast. Details of an order-in food service were available even though we stayed on Easter Sunday. Would definitely recommend.

Everything! Exceptional place to stay. Beautifully converted rural house surrounded by green pastures and hills, just 5 minutes from Orio centre. We loved the donkeys, cats.. overall vibe..the room was spacious and stylish with a lovely shower room, big veranda doors giving onto an attractive terrace and our own garden. Unusually private and quiet although other guests were staying..Marije is a fantastic host, very friendly and making us very welcome and advising on the best places to eat etc. the lovely sitting: dining area with a terrace is open all day with free fruit, coffee, biscuits etc. The breakfast was perfect: lots of freshly cut fruit, and fresh orange juice,delicious local breads, and oastries, hams and cheeses, homemade jams, tomato spread and aguacate. Very different from the usual. We will definately be back!

Hearty and sincere hostesses, very helpful notwithstanding language barrier. Facilities are comfortable.

It was lovely and quiet. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate was provided throughout the day as were cakes and biscuits. Air conditioning was great and quiet. Friendly owners and staff and a lovely breakfast. Beautiful Outlook over the fields with ponies and donkeys 🫏. Everything was excellent 😀

Breakfast absolutely delicious and plentiful!! Location not quite as expected....very close to noisy road and trainline. Staff really friendly. Would recommend.

We stayed here for an overnight stop on our way down to Portugal. The house is absolutely stunning with amazing views and a very relaxing feel. Breakfast was fantastic so fresh and plenty of it. The owner was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again as a stopover. We drove to Antilla, 5 minutes away, plenty of little bars and restaurants to grab something to eat.
