One of the best places I've visited in Finland, and I'll be returning soon with my children. The cabin is fully equipped, quiet, very clean, and the staff are wonderful.

“Huge quiet house by the lake with private lake access”

The house had a huge property with access to a private beach on the lake. The house was spacious with a large living room and a very well equipped kitchen. There was a shower room with 2 showers next to the sauna. There was also a large veranda with reclining chairs and a dining table. Next to the house, there was a well equipped grill house where you could BBQ, and by the lake, there was a small hut where you could eat, relax, and even have a sauna. We could also use the row boat for free. The lake was very nice to swim in and you could swim to a small island nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful, and the caretaker was very nice. You could also go berry picking (in July, there were blueberries and cloud berries).

Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway with friends or family!

Absolutely stunning location...we had the most amazing, relaxed stay over New Year. The cabin had everything we needed in the most beautiful setting away from it all. We would love to return.

A wonderful quiet place by the lake. Beach, sauna, wood, perfect hosts.

The cottage in Finland exceeded all our expectations! It was not only very cozy but also perfectly equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I especially want to highlight the toilet — it’s truly a work of art that leaves an unforgettable impression. The lake delighted us with an abundance of fish — we caught a trophy pike weighing 9 kg and several large perch, each about half a kilo! The most exciting part was watching the seals, which we saw almost every day. And we saw the Northern Lights for the first time in our lives — a magical sight that will stay with us forever. The hospitality of the hostess deserves special thanks — we felt like we were visiting family. It was genuinely sad to leave, as if we were leaving the home of close relatives. This place is a must-visit for anyone seeking a perfect retreat in harmony with nature!

Perfect calm and quiet place surrounded by nature. If you want to spend time without people. Picking blueberries, fishing, swimming, sauna on the lakeside....we really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks very much both for the picknic with local traditional meal and for the friendly and warm athmosphere.

The place is one of my top favorites, nice fireplace, sauna by the lake, jacuzzi and avanto possibilities. Also, Mr. Ignad is super nice and helpful.

Absolutely perfect secret place to escape the hectic of everyday life. Many extras like availability of SUPs, canoes etc.

Everything is was fantastic, private location, beautiful, cozy and clean!

Everything was amazing both with the cottage and location. We got nicely upgraded from the smallest cottage (with outdoor WC) to the Karhunpesa cottage due to weather conditions. The cottage and nature were amazing right in from of the big lake with great sauna, well equipped indoors facilities and BBQ area. The owners had a great welcome package and communication and they kindly provided us with a motor for the boat with short notice. All was great, we will definitely go back!

We loved everything. Uta and Ilpo are the nicest and the most helpful hosts we've ever met.

Amazingly beautiful place, calm, quiet, silent, isolated. Just nature. Lots of paths through the forest to walk.
