Situated by Lake Valkealampi in the Koli Hill Area, these cottages include a private sauna and a fully equipped kitchen. WiFi is free in the main building. Koli National Park is a 15-minute drive away. A seating area with a fireplace and a TV are featured in the living rooms at Koli Freetime Cottages. Each has a sauna and bathroom with toilet. Some cottages include a small private beach, while others include a jetty with a boat. Sandwiches, snacks and beverages are sold at the on-site kiosk. Canoes and skiing equipment can be rented at Koli Freetime Cottages. Cross-county skiing trails are found right next to the property. The nearest restaurant and shop are found in central Kolinkylä, a 15-minute drive from the cottages. Ukko-Koli Ski Centre is a 20-minute drive away.

We spent a few days at Koli Freetime and enjoyed every single moment. The location is so peaceful, the staff was very friendly. The cottage is perfect for a family of four. We also loved the small sauna cottage with access to the lake for ice bathing. The cross country track starts directly at the property. Temperatures were really low (-31 degrees Celsius in the morning) but the cottage was warm and cozy. Big thanks for providing providing country skis for our grandson free of charge. We can absolutely recommend the place if you love the peacefulness of the Finnish nature.

Wonderfull stay in a wonferfull place. The camping is near a quite lake about 10km far from koli village, in the middle of a nature area. Our cottage was an old style ones with private wooden sauna. It was fantastic. The cottage has private barbecue and kitcken fully equipped. If you are looking for some days alone from noise and in touch with nature (trekking bike canoes or just silent and relax..) it's the best place. The staff is helpfull and kind and it was sad to let the cottage.
