Situated by Lake Valkealampi, Guesthouse Koli Freetime offers free parking and accommodation with a TV. Koli National Park is a 15-minute drive away. Rooms at Koli Freetime have either private or shared bathrooms. All rooms have a seating area. Guests can make use of a fully equipped shared kitchen- There is also a sauna that guests can enjoy in the evenings. Rowing boats, canoes and skiing equipment can be rented. Popular activities in the area include hiking, swimming, fishing and skiing. Snacks and beverages are for sale at the on-site kiosk. Guests can also make use of the BBQ facilities. A restaurant and grocery store are found in central Kolinportti, a 15-minute drive away. Ukko-Koli Ski Centre is a 20-minute drive from the guesthouse.

There was swimming, sauna and fishing possibilities. Beds were good. Breakfast was very good with many different dishes to choose from.

We liked the surroundings, sitting by the water. Private shower, comfortable bed and nice room facilities. There is also a choice of rooms with a shared shower. It's nice place to stay 😊

“Highly recommended by us!”
We liked almost everything. Staff was very helpful and gave us some great tips about hiking trails. You find there everything you need: sauna, kitchen, even dryingroom (we got rain and all our clothes was really wet, so we was really happy).

Nice, beautiful location, great personnel, clean rooms. Everything was great! When booking, I did not notice that economy apartments with 2 rooms does have a bathroom, but without a shower. There is a sauna building 100m away having a set of showers to be used for such accommodations. The host was so kind to find an option in the main building having a bathroom with the shower inside. That mentioned sauna is open for guests daily in the evening for free + there is an ice hole to swim after sauna 😁

“Great place with friendly staff and interesting activities to keep yourself busy”
The room was clean and cozy. The house and the surrounding land were very nice with direct access to a lake. There were different types of boats available for free of charge. The sauna facilities were also great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and only cost around 10 euros.
