The hotel is clean and modern, and same can be said of the room which was extremely clean and comfortable. It seems a hotel for business people, but I was there to go to a cricket game - which I got to by the metro. The nearest metro station is about 10-15 min walk. The staff organised a person to come to the hotel for currency exchange for me at a very good rate, and also organised transport to the airport.

“Room disappointing and definitely not value for money .Rest of the stuff is excellent.”
Staff were courteous. Check in was quick . Room service is prompt. Every time we asked for regular water bottles ,they were sent to the room almost immediately. The breakfast spread was nice on all 4 days of our stay. They changed bits of the spread and also had the option to order variety of egg prep ( half fry, boiled or masala omelets ) and dosas as well. The in house restaurant is nice and bright and a part of it has a view of the road. The location of the hotel is good. Its opposite to an important eye hospital and a 10 min auto ride away from the Old High Court metro. Law garden market area is also a 15 min auto ride. Autos are available at all times outside the hotel entry. It took about 50 mins to reach the airport on an Ola cab from the hotel. Room was cleaned ,sheets and towels changed on each of the 4 days.

I had asked for a stay letter stating that I was staying at their hotel for 2 days from the hotel management but they refused to give one and rooms are small and guests from neighbouring rooms were making noise till late night and for the price I paid it was totally not worth it
