“Scam, Avoid.”
We had to check in pretty late at night. They didn’t turn us away but they weren’t super pleased either.

“Useless customer service from OYO and still waiting for our refund”
The checkin desk staff were polite and honest about the state of the rooms. They were trying to handle complaints from 3 guests when we arrived.

The hotel is showing and advertising rooms does not exist 😕, very dirty, unfriendly and rude staff. On the front of the hotel even the name doesn't match " Hotel Neelkanth inn" says above the door.

Nothing not a single thing is good of this hotel. You will find cockroaches all over the bed and spiders in bathroom. So cheap hotel

So poor quality. Room shows in the the picture something else n in lively its totally different washrooms are so messy. No electricity no proper arrangement. Rooms are not cleaned pillows beds are messy. Walls are so weired
