“The accommodation was below standard.”
The room was no bad, foul smell coming, no a/c working, toilet conditions was very poor and room service was extremely bad. Will never prefer this any more.

“Very bad customer service”
I called the hotel a couple of times but had no answer. Then asked a friend who lived locally to call and confirm. They agreed and confirmed my booking. When I landed I called them to say I was running late but will be there shortly they turned around and said there was no booking for us. I explained again that this was confirmed but he was very rude and slammed the phone call down whilst using foul language. Also saying never to trust booking.com because this always happens I was left without a place to sleep after a 20 hour flight. I am very disappointed with this situation. I would like a full compensation and refund for this experience

“The hotel itself is quite nice, but the stay was, to say the least, a disappointing one.”
The restaurant was fine, as was the food. The hotel itself was all right, but the staff could be a touch more proactive insofar as customer service is concerned.

Excellent location. Great staff always ready to help and value for money accomodation. Rooms are clean and pretty large for the money. For business stay in the centre of the city or even for reaching any place through metro including the Narendra Modi stadium, it's a great place.
