“Nearly perfect”

The building security, and management staff were welcoming and lovely. The owner allowed a relaxed checkout which was great for the kids and allowed some extra sightseeing. The apartment was well stocked with snacks which was great for hungry travellers.

The location and spaciousness of the flat . A very well equipped flat with excellent laundry facilities and all the modern appliances in the kitchen . The tea / coffee / bottled water and snacks an added bonus . I should mention two things - India booking .com does not accept credit card payments so had io pay the host at the end of the stay . Secondly we had far too much luggage so needed a second taxi to take us to Surat . The host very kindly organised for an uber . We were really grateful

Had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything one might need. Terrence was extremely helpful and responsive throughout. There were no hiccups during check-in or check-out and the location is amazing, just a 5 minute walk from the riverfront garden. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment can be aptly called. -A Home away from Home...well furnished and very well maintained with very clean bathrooms. All the basic amnesties from kitchen essentials. Equipment. Indoor games. Fridge. TV with WiFi...baby bed High chair and lots of indoor games. U name it they have it. Laundry room with drying rods and lots of dustbins to collect ur garbage...desktop computer with printer... minute details like having even sanitary pads in the shelves in each room.Moov. Earbuds...We lacked nothing. Very approachable and kid friendly too. We enjoyed our stay here. The location was good and easily accessible by public transport. We were able to procure things easily from nearby shops. Terence is a great host and is easily approachable. Whenever I called him he was quick to reply. Thank you Terence for being such a great host.

Terrance is excellent as the host. He made sure that all our needs are fulfilled. The AC was not working in one of the rooms and it was fixed by a technician within few hours. I have never seen such proactively involved and solution oriented host. I would highly recommend this place as it is close to a lot of landmarks of Ahmedabad city. We would definitely visit again and stay at his property.

“Fantastic stay in an excellent high-quality apartment”

Great location near the river and various riverfront parks. 5 of us (parents, me and my wife and 1 yr old toddler) stayed here for over 10 days. Very spacious apartment with great facilities and high quality living spaces (generous size kitchen, dining area, living area and 3 bedrooms + balcony). I must say, spaces are much better and exceeded my expectations than in the photos! Kitchen had everything pre-stocked (incl. many cooking ingredients). Everything we needed for an extended family stay. The high chair and washing machine were particularly helpful as we have a toddler. The host was simply superb - very easy to reach, replying within minutes, extending generosity in various ways (waiting at the apartment until 2am (!!) to give us keys due to a late flight, even made an Amazon order for us!). The apartment is in a very secure and lovely apartment block with 24hr security. House cleaning was available everyday. Amenities available close by. Definitely a 'home away from home' and look forward to returning.
