“They said they will not accept Oyo and booking.com booking in my future visits too”
On reaching hotel, they refused my online booking and asked to book it directly with their hotel. I had no choice so I had to forgo my booking and had to book directly with them with more money then my online booking

“Horrible and unexpected. I wish that none should have this kind of experience from the deal.”
I was expecting a room on the 5th and I had paid half the payment to confirm my booking. But, when arrived at the hotel in the midnight of 5th, I was informed that the room that I had booked was sold to another customer. This I feel was quite unexpected out of the deal and hence, I was terribly offended by this and I should be paid back the refund of the booking amount I had already paid.

Nothing. Denied stay at last moment even after paying half advance payment and that too around 11 pm night while arrival time was already informed. Booking.com/oyo should not promote such hotels

We booked the hotel around 600 Indian Rupees and when we reached to the hotel we were trying to asked 2-3 times to the receptionist, so he rudely replied ( Bahar jake wait karo andar aane ko bola kya ) okay , after when he is checking our booking so he was surprised that how could the site booked in 600 rupees so he told I cannot give you in this price you have to give atleast 1200 Indian rupees without tax which is almost double from the amount I booked, I took a cab from station to the hotel in 250 rupees and my partner wasn't well and again he rudely said ( 600 main room ni dunga bahar kahi aur dekho ) so it was completely pathetic service from the hotel and the site as well, my partner is still suffering from the fever because we cannot allow to stay in the hotel and we got outside under the hot climate which is extremely hot .so at the end I wasted my time and money and my partner is still not well because of this thing
