“not value for the money”
approach to the hotel is very poor, lift is there but always busy with the hotel staff bringing some goods from the basement, AC was not working had to complain twice , Door of the toilet remain open all the time since you cant close it from out side

Ac wasnt working in 1st room When shifted to second room there was water seeping through the walls When shifted to the third room it was stinking bad There was no room left the hotel was packed hence had to adjust

“Delightful”
Clean and organised. Well behaved staff with good knowledge about the City and surroundings. Extremely helpful and courteous. Located nearby the riverfront, it serves as a very good stay in Ahmedabad.

“unprofessional management”
I travel with my both kids and my 3 year old kid did vomiting in morning before check out.. hotel management harassed me with pictures of bed sheet , pillow covers etc that it’s damaged and you pay 1000 rs as Dryclean charges for damages bed-sheet etc. is kid vomit and washing is damaged ???? very unprofessional and unethical practise .. i paid humbly but management behaviour is horrible

Breakfast was not taken because it starts at 7.30 am and I have to leave by 7.00 am. No solution given by the staff.

Breakfast absolutely not to standard and the menu was just nothing. Crockery and cutlery were also not clean.
