“Will not book again. Definitely not value for money. Premier room is same as any other room.”

“Fraud - rooms do not look like the images”
Rooms do not look like advertised in the photos. Staff lied stating that there was only one room in the whole hotel which looked like the advertised images, and that was occupied - so lies plus poor planning. AVOID!

The rooms were very small than shown in the pics on the website. I was given the room adjacent to the reception where there was too much noise. Receptionist and the staff were listening/watching videos on their smartphones without earbuds and were creating too much disturbance. I checked out after 3 hours only and for the price I booked this hotel I found another hotel nearby with much bigger room and without any disturbance.
