Good variety of breakfast. Staff very courteous and friendly. These 2 staff were great. ( Hasnain during breakfast and Receptionist Ayuush ) Room were spacious and very nicely decorated.

“A lovely stay with customer service being faultless.”
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were made welcome throughout our time. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of choices. The front desk/reception staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping were very friendly, attentive and provided an excellent quality of service and care. I highly reccomend the hotel. We really enjoyed the music by Shabaaz Khan every morning at breakfast. We would also like to highlight the excellent service provided by all the staff who made our stay very special, particularly by Pakhuri, Shabita And Sarita.

“Filthy!”
Rooms were filthy. There was muck and dust everywhere. Even mold in corners. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Corridors were stinking. There was also construction work going on in the hotel lobby all night which was super noisy. Horrible experience.
