One of the worst property ever i have seen. Staff are really illiterate and no manners that how to talk with customer. Manager directly denied to provide room and told me that can’t give you the without telling any reason. I have suffer a lot in midnight. And this is unexpected from booking.com as well that without any investigation you can not allot any accommodation to the customers.
